Workout of the Day:
Strength : Shoulder Press
A1) All Levels establish a new 3 rep max
Advanced: A2) DB rows: 8-10 per side
– Do a set of A1 followed by a set of A2, then rest.
B) Death by 10m
– With a continuously running clock perform 1 x 10 meter sprint the first minute, 2 x 10 meter sprints the second minute, 3 x 10 meter spoints the third minute and so on.
– Continuing to add 1 sprint each minute until you cannot complete the required number of 10 meter sprints in the given minute.
– Score total rounds and sprints in the last round completed.
