Bank Holiday – Monday May 27th

 Quick heads up team! Monday May 27th is a Bank Holiday and as such we will be operating as if it were a Saturday Class Schedule day. This means Open gym from 8am to 10am, and then Classic CrossFit Classes at 10am and 11am.

Bring a Friend Week! – May 27th to June 2nd


For upcoming week Coach Milo has prepared some fun workouts for you to experience with your friends, enemies, or frenemies by your side. It is a perfect opportunity for those of you that have that one friend that has always been interested in trying out crossfit with you but never really had the chance – or for putting your relationship to the test. 🙂

For those of you that have only decided to spread the word this week,

all that we ask is for your guest to take the following steps:

1. Have your guest register with us on Pike13 – HERE
2. Make sure they sign a Waiver online on Pike13
3. Help them book into the “Bring a Friend” class they want to attend ahead of time.

Guests can come as many times across the week as they like, as long as there are still spots available in the session you’re looking for.

CrossFit Level 2 Certificate Course – July 27th to 28th


This course is ideally suited for any CrossFit trainer serious about delivering quality coaching. Students enhance their understanding of the CrossFit methodology, program design and implementation, and they advance their skills while coaching others in movements and workouts. Students need to come prepared to be heavily engaged; each leads individual and small-group training sessions, and classroom sessions are discussion-based. Peers and instructors provide feedback and evaluation.

Class Schedule Reminders

Partial Gym Closure on May 28th

The gym space has been rented out between 2pm and 5pm, which means that there will be no Open Gym between these hours.

Yoga For Athletes

Christine is embarking on a new journey to further develop her yoga knowledge and skills for the wider athletic population, and so Yoga will be cancelled for the following dates across 2019:

Sep 21st

CF Level 2 Certificate Course – July 25th and 26th

Due to the CF Level 2 course, all classes across the weekend will be cancelled. This includes Open Gym, Yoga for Athletes, and CrossFit Kids / Teens.
