The Elements program at Thames CrossFit is designed to give you specialized instruction on each of the core movements and to progressively introduce you to the intensity of CrossFit training. You will be invited to join our group classes upon completion of your Elements program.
Elements sessions will consist of a instruction and a new workout every day which will test and improve your ability across the 10 domains of fitness. Our classes provide a supportive, competitive environment that will push you to perform at a higher level than you previously thought possible. Every day is different, and it will never be boring.
