“The camaraderie and being able to have friends and family members join in too making it more interesting/fun”. – Phil Abbot
“The best part was being part of a wider community all working together to get individual results, the team spirit and the camaraderie. The daily updates on the WLC page really helped as you could see how other people were getting on and if others were experiencing the same challenges as you and how they overcame them.” – Stella Coffey
The Whole Life Challenge began with the notion that regular training for your lifestyle in the world is as valuable as regular training for your body in the gym. It grew into a game in which your world is the field, your choices are the movements, and your life is the prize.
“I liked the weekly challenges. I am always looking for more ways to compete with myself and others (in a subtle way). It also helped me to realise how easy taking little steps or making minor changes to my daily routine could produce huge results.” – Miranda Love
“I really enjoyed the motivational and team-spirit aspects all the way through – plus the atmosphere at the final workouts and after-party was brilliant” – Mike Nunan
The Whole Life Challenge is an extraordinary tool. For building. It doesn’t fix anything — it only builds new things. What do you want your life to look like? What excites you, enlivens you? This challenge will have you living a life where you can have it all. You want vibrant health and you want to enjoy all of the exciting things the world offers — work that rewards and play that rewards. When this is over, your work will be integrated with your play. They will cause and support each other and they will no longer sabotage each other.
“I actually really enjoyed the daily log process, reading people’s daily comments, and geeking out over the trackable data. The weekly challenges were great, because it pushed me out of several comfort zones, and kept the days and weeks from getting boring or monotonous.” – Tina Williams
