A) Deadlift

5-5-5-5
*Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

B) 5 Sets with increasing effort per set
12 Russian kettlebell swings 24/16kg
30sec Hollow hold
8 Box jump (step down)
60 second row (must increase total metres each set)
*Rest 90 seconds between sets
