Remember that this Wednesday is that last Wednesday of the month, you know what that means?!….Athletic Level test-out day! All classes tomorrow give you that chance to make the move to intermediate or advanced levels!


Workout of the day
A: Front squat
5 sets of 5 reps

B: For time:
10-8-6-8-10 reps:
Hang power clean (Heavy as possible)
Run 160m between each set
