Profiles; Get these filled in so we can see who you are! Dont worry about the weight and measurements just yet (we will do this closer to the Pre-lims), but the basic info and a photo would be great.
Getting involved; Start participating in the forums. We have our own private Thames Crossfit forums, but there are also a bunch set up for all the Whole-Lifer’s around the world. There is already tons of great info there to help prepare you for the Challenge.
