DIRECTIONS

We are located in Cannon Workshops, this is only accessible from Hertsmere Road. If you are on Westferry Road you can get to us by walking in the direction of Canary Wharf/Limehouse Link Tunnel and taking Ontario Way (left hand side) and turning left at the top of this road. We have FREE on-site parking available.

As you approach the large, black, iron gates/archway at the entrance to Cannon Workshops, turn left BEFORE going through. Follow the road/units around to the right and you will find us there.

PARKING: If you are driving to the gym please contact us 48 hours BEFORE you arrive (info@crossfitthames.com) with your vehicle registration details. This needs to be added to the parking list for Cannon Workshops so you avoid receiving automatic fines.

Facility

Our facility is one of the largest, most convenient, and cleanest CrossFit gyms in the London. Parking is free for members provided they email us 48hrs before hand with their registration numbers…come by and see us!

We take pride in keeping our equipment well-maintained, our floors cleaned, and our environment as comfortable as possible. We have all the equipment you need to get a great workout, including a chill out and mobility area,  changing rooms and a treatment room.
