Summer Clash Team Qualifiers. We have two teams signed up for the Summer Clash Festival. A weekend of competition, sport and music over the 6th/7th of July. We are holding two days of qualifying workouts on 25th/26th May at Thames to find the athletes who will represent our two teams.

Nutrition Seminar (Ladies only) with Jos Thompson-Rule, Sat 8th June, 12:30 - 15:30. Is there a difference between nutrition for men and women? In a word, yes. Should you be paleo, intermittent fasting, carb backloading or none of above? Are you eating for performance, weight loss, weight gain or for general health? This nutrition talk aims to uncover the grey areas of nutrition for women so that you can make better informed decisions on what you should be eating, based on your goals. Central Manchester Games: 13th July to 14th July. 60 Men, 60 Women, 20 Master Men(40+), 20 Master Women(40+), 30 Teams. Registration to open soon, along with details on qualifying workouts.
