Today we will be working on our kipping pull up technique. While learning the kip is great for most of the MetCons (workouts) it’s important to build sufficient strength for strict pull ups first to guarantee your shoulder health.
If you haven’t got strict pull ups yet, we recommend you start working on them daily or at least multiple times a week. You can fit couple sets of partner assisted pull ups before or after a class very easily and it might be a good idea to get a pull up bar at home too. Make sure to ask one of our trainers for more tips on how to get your first pull up.
