There are two classes running today at 10am and 11am, both are all levels classes. From tomorrow the schedule returns to normal.

Registration for this has now closed. If you wrote you name on the whiteboard under the sign up area we have registered you, please pay the registration fee to one of the trainers.
The 3 qualifying workouts have been released and you can view them here. The workouts will be programmed into this weeks classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday so if you have registered be sure to get to one of the classes on those days.
Time to get some weight overhead. If you have been attending the last few Monday classes then try and get some more weight on the bar.
