Well done to everybody who attended the athletic levels test out sessions yesterday. We had a large group of people move from beginner to intermediate and a handful who made it to the advanced level, congratulations! Dont worry if yesterday wasn’t your day, we will be doing a test out on the last Wednesday of every month!
If pull-ups let you down perhaps its time to sign up for our Pull-up workshop which is on the 18th August! We also have a variety of other workshops lined up, muscles ups anyone? More details will follow.
