The Reebok CrossFit Thames methodology is unlike any other gym, bootcamp, or fitness program you have tried. To help our clients reach their fitness goals, we offer nutrition counselling to expert coaching on complex movements.
We don’t do machines and we don’t do gimmicks.
Our program includes Olympic weightlifting, power lifting, kettle bells, running, rowing, and basic gymnastics movements. We find that people need to experience how all of these elements come together in a CrossFit workout to see how different we are from other gyms out there.
CrossFit members come in all shapes, sizes, and fitness and athletic ability. You do not “need to get fit” before coming to train with us! All workouts are scalable for all abilities. CrossFitters range from professional athletes to grandmothers, from office workers to new mums, and everyone in between.
As CrossFit coaches, we focus our attention on: teaching our clients to move efficiently, helping them realise their athletic potential, and enabling them to achieve their fitness goals as quickly as possible.
START WITH A FREE INTRO SESSION
We invite all prospective members to come in for a free Intro Session. During this session, one of our CrossFit trainers will give a bit of background about CrossFit and our gym, coach you through a CrossFit workout and movements, all the while answering your questions. We will encourage you to discuss your fitness goals with us, as well as concerns you may have about any previous conditions or injuries.
Our Intro Sessions last one hour and can be scheduled at a time that will suit your needs. These sessions are an excellent introduction to how we do things at Reebok CrossFit Thames, so call or email us today to book your appointment!
