Workout of the Day:
“Luke” – modified
For total rounds and reps
In 4 minutes complete as many rounds as possible of:
6 Thrusters (60kg/40kg)
10 Toes to bar
10 Box Jumps (30″/24″)
1 min Double Unders
Repeat for a total of 4 rounds.
Continue the AMRAP where you left off after each round of double unders. Score is total rounds completed plus double unders.

Mate you have one leg shorter than the other. That’s why you walk with a limp!
