A reminder that we are having our first free park workout of the year this Sunday, 3 June. Come and join us in Hyde Park at 11am. Jay will take everyone through an outdoor warm-up and workout. All members and non-members are welcome (including our Meetup.com friends!), so bring your friends and family who might be curious about this “CrossFit” you’re always going on about.
This is a rain-or-shine event, so bring water and wear workout clothes appropriate for the weather. We recommend layers because even if it is cold outside, you’re going to get hot!
We’ll meet outside of the Hyde Park Corner Underground Station. Come out through Exit 1, go up the stairs and meet us in front of the gate. We will wait until 11:10am, then head into the park for the workout (we usually end up in the grass across from the boats in the lake).
