Women’s only classes
We finally have some dates lined for these special classes which will be taught by Joss. They wil run every 3-4 weeks, Sundays at 9am on:

Sunday 4th Nov
Pre- Whole Life Challenge gathering Saturday 8th 12:00: The week before the WLC begins we will have an gathering at the gym for all those signed up. We will be going over the rules and logistics to make sure everyone understands how the following 8 weeks will run. We will also have some tips on how to succeed in the Challenge. If you still need to sign up you can do it here!

No classes will that weekend, the gym will be closed as we are holding the Crossfit Olympic Lifting seminar.
Workout of the day
A: 6 Rounds for time:
10 Box jumps 24/20″
10 Overhead squats 40/30kg
80m Front rack carry (as heavy as possible)
18:30 – Friday Night Throwdown
