We do not allow drop-ins to our regular group classes unless you have completed our one-on-one free Intro Session or are an experienced CrossFitter visiting from out-of-town. Even if you are a fit and active person, our group classes are fast-paced and may not be appropriate for those who have never sampled CrossFit before. Our membership prices start at £75.
Something we often hear from members that our community, our programming, and our excellent coaching all combined give the best training experience they’ve ever had! We are certain that you’ll enjoy the community experience here, and get results faster, than any other gym you can find. Our members include office workers, athletes, personal trainers, and everyone in between. The group class environment is also a fantastic motivator.
We take pride in delivering fitness and performance results in a friendly environment, with the best quality coaching you’ll find anywhere. Our programming is based on the needs of our varied client base, and are upheld within the framework of being constantly varied, functional fitness, executed at high intensity. We focus on making sure you get a good mix of training modalities based on the latest research. Our programming is overseen by our head trainer Jami Tikkanen, who is also the coach of two-time CrossFit Games champion Annie Thorisdottir!
Everything we do is scaleable for everyone from the top level athlete to the grandmother. You do not “need to get fit” before coming to train with us! The only requirement is that you show up ready to work hard and give everything you’ve got, every day. Attitude and determination are much more important than fitness background or ability in CrossFit.
