What do you do all day?
Build Forecasting and Propensity models in marketing (otherwise known as carpet bombing).

70kg Deadlift, 30kg Push Press, 39.59min (scaled) Murph
What is your athletic history?
Bugger All… Usually 3 month bouts of enthusiasm followed by 3 month bouts of excuses. I guess I’ve always skied and ridden horses but never done anything competitively.
Biggest strength in the gym?
Tenacity. And burpees.
Weak legs; how I dream of a heavy squat and a good wall ball (seriously). Oh, and my fear of dropping under a bar when trying to Jerk it.
What’s your drink?
What is your biggest fitness goal?
Get a god damn pull-up. And get round the Spartan Race Course with at least some dignity.
What do you enjoy most about Reebok CrossFit Thames?
The people, the WODs, and Saturday Afternoon Smugness.
What are some improvements you have made since joining Reebok CrossFit Thames?
So many! I can lift more, run faster and do proper man-press-ups.
Any advice for those new to CrossFit?
Be competitive in the WODs but remember that all bodies are wired differently. Be happy for your friends successes and proud of your own.
Most importantly, what do you think is the greatest sport movie of all time?
I love The Fighter. It’s incredibly well acted and shot, and I love a story where the underdog wins (you have to if you support Scotland).
